EXPO 2025 Osaka: Croatian video games garner great interest among visitors

The Croatian Audiovisual Centre, via the project Games Croatia and in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, successfully presented the Croatian video game industry at the World Exhibition EXPO 2025 Osaka. The presentation was held as part of the Games Around the World global initiative during the thematic week titled “Learning & Playing” held in July.

Peninsula, Goats! and Hysterical Fit of Laughter world premieres in competitions at 78th Locarno film Festival

The Locarno Film Festival has just announced all the titles from the festival’s main section, Pardi di Domani, which showcases short and medium-length films by established and emerging filmmakers from around the world, across three competition programmes. The section will feature 40 films about to have their world premieres, including three Croatian titles, of which one is a minority co-production. The Locarno Film Festival runs 6 – 16 August.

The podcast is part of the broader Games Croatia initiative, created to strengthen the visibility and development of Croatia’s game industry on both national and international levels.
