Nikica Zdunić’s 13+ competing at FIPA festival in Biarritz, France
Nikica Zdunić’s short film will screen in the New Talent competition, while Croatian producer Ankica Jurić Tilić, as a member of this year’s ERASMUS jury, will judge a selection of outstanding student films. The prestigious 31st FIPA International Audiovisual Festival will take place from January 23rd to 28th in Biarritz, France.
13+ is a film about two girls, Janka and Zorana, who slowly enter the teenage sphere. Last year, Nikica Zdunić won Best Screenplay at Croatian Film Days, while Denis Golenja won Best Editing. Last year, the film also screened at the Pula Film Festival, the Sarajevo Film Festival and at the International Film Students Meeting Awards at the San Sebastian International Film Festival.
13+ is scheduled to screen at FIPA on Friday, January 26th at 11.30, and is one of thirty films competing for two awards in the New Talent category.
Croatian producer Ankica Jurić Tilić is a member of this year’s ERASMUS jury in the student film category.
The 31st FIPA International Audiovisual Festival will take place over six days from January 23rd to 28th in Biarritz, France. The aim is to present the best independent, innovative, diverse and creative productions. All other details are available at the festival’s official website.
