Four Croatian Films at Seattle International Film Festival
At the 41st Seattle International Film Festival, taking place from 14 May to 7 June, four award-winning local productions will screen: the feature films These Are the Rules and Itsi Bitsi, and the short films The Chicken and Odessa/Stairs/1925/2014.
The feature fiction These Are the Rules by Ognjen Sviličić and the Danish-Croatian-Swedish co-production Itsi Bitsi by Ole Christian Madsen will screen in Contemporary World Cinema section.
The German-Croatian co-production The Chicken, directed by Una Gunjak, will be shown in a selection of short films called Facts of Life. Dalibor Martinis’s experimental film Odessa/Stairs/1925/2014 will screen in Alternate Worlds.
The films These Are the Rules, Itsi Bitsi and The Chicken were co-funded by the Croatian Audiovisual Centre.
