A documentary film about Čedo Šaraba: a 45-year-old man from the margins of society. He is typical of the destitute men we see every day on the streets, in parks and on trams, collecting plastic bottles and scrap metal. Čedo is homeless, an alcoholic and a drug addict without any legal sources of income, and a child of a mixed marriage – his mother is Croatian, his father Montenegrin. His father was killed in a bizarre accident – while jumping off a train, he hit a lamp post and died. Čedo himself was diagnosed with alcoholism when he was just 16 years of age. The film is an insight into the lives of people on the margins of society – people battling with homelessness, alcoholism and drug addiction.
