Zrinko Ogresta’s film will begin screening in cinemas in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg on January 19th, 2017. The film’s distributor for the Benelux region is Cinemien (Netherlands).

The film will premiere in Italy at the Alpe Adria Film Festival in Trieste on January 23rd, 2017, after which it will begin its cinema distribution. The Italian distributer is Cineclub Internazionale Distribuzione.

The feature film On the Other Side was screened in the official programme of the Berlin Film Festival at the beginning of this year. It was awarded a Europa Cinemas Label special mention, and the European Film Academy placed it on the list of 50 films competing this year for a European Film Award.

The film is about Vesna who moved with her children to Zagreb twenty years earlier, running from events that nearly destroyed their lives. Meanwhile, after an unexpected call, a secret she had been hiding all these years is about to surface.
