Focus on Croatian Film at 10th Lago Film Fest
The 10th edition of Lago Film Fest, taking place 18-26 July near Lago lake in Italy, is organising, in association with the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, a focus programme on contemporary Croatia short film, which will screen six titles. One of them, Hana Jušić’s Terrarium, was also selected for the international competition.
The EuroVision Croatia programme is scheduled for Thursday, 24 July, and focuses on live action and animated films covering the subject of growing up and coming of age, and the creative influences that shape an individual from the earliest age. The programme includes Bla by Martina Meštrović, Little Darling by Igor Mirković, Shame on You by Darija Blažević, Babysitter by Ivan Sikavica, Daniil Ivanovich, You Are Free by Petra Zlonoga and Terrarium by Hana Jušić, also selected for the international competition. The programme was organised in association with the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, and Ivan Sikavica, the director of Babysitter, will take part in the festival presentation of the programme.
