Festivals and Promotion Department is in charge of promoting Croatian films, authors and film professionals in Croatia and abroad. The department’s main activities can be divided into three groups:

• organizing presentations and promotions of Croatian cinema at international film markets, festivals and audiovisual events
• preparing special focus programmes on Croatian cinema
• co-organising and collaborating with international workshops on professional development programmes

The department also publishes catalogues and other promotional publications concerning completed and released films, as well as projects in post-production.
