On October 21, 2003, bright and sensitive teenager Iva celebrates her 14th birthday. Raised in an upper-middle-class bourgeois family in Zagreb, with a somewhat estranged mother, housewife Željka, and somewhat rude father, a man of the people Božo, Iva received a video camera as a birthday present from her parents. And immediately turned it on, deciding to record every moment of the day when Mr. Hoffman, an important business partner from Germany, comes to visit her father. While guests are expected, many disagreements between Iva's parents come to light.
