A passenger train from Belgrade to Bar was stopped at a small station in Štrpci, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, by armed members of the Serbian paramilitary forces. They had information about Muslim passengers on the train, took 19 of them, and executed them shortly after the train left. Out of five hundred passengers, no one dared to oppose them, none but one man: retired army officer Tome Buzov who was traveling to visit his son.
