The film explores Pula's alternative scene, past and present, through the stories of the people who created it and the locations that shaped it, comparing a time when numerous clubs were the center of young people's lives with today's increasingly quiet Pula, where those spaces have disappeared, and new generations are left without a place for alternative expression.
