Nineteen years after the war, Goge, a refugee from Bosnia and Herzegovina, lives in a school classroom. Jelena, a Serb returnee, is alone among the ruins of a war-torn village. Branko, a Croatian war veteran, unemployed, lives as a renter in a house owned by a Serbian man. Waiting endlessly is the only choice they have left.
