In just 9 minutes, the author of this film deals with one of the most important problems of the modern world in a sharp, critical and poignant style. He examines its latest crisis, the recession – its structure, its (un)fairness and its relationship to the ideals of the French Revolution to which everyone still refers.

Goran Trbuljak graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 1972, and from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb in 1980. He has held over 20 solo exhibitions and about 100 group exhibitions and received many awards for his visual artwork and camera work. As a camera operator, he has filmed about 30 feature films and as many short films and documentaries. He is also the author of several short animated films. Trbuljak is a professor at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb.
