It pays homage to ordinary people who inhabit one of the oldest trade routes in the world and who have helped the filmmaker Boris Veličan to see this turbulent and 'problematic' part of the world in a completely new and different light.

Boris Veličan (1977) graduated in film and television production from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. He has worked as a freelance film and TV producer on many feature films, documentaries and shorts. He has written three books, organized and led numerous expeditions worldwide.
