Our perception of things that are free says a lot about us, as well as the society we live in. This documentary focuses on the anthropology of ‘the free’ in the transitional Croatian society. We follow those who offer their services for free, like volunteers, as well as their recipients.

Vlatka Vorkapić (1969)
Graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. She is an independent artist, screenwriter and director. She has directed over 30 documentary films, two short films and several stage plays, including the award-winning Judith French. Her work has been shown at international festivals and she has also won numerous awards for her documentaries and short films.
