Nina, Boris and eight year old Anja are a normal, happy family. One afternoon Nina returns home from work and finds Boris and his brother Luka waiting for her in the kitchen. Luka moved to Germany eight years ago, and they haven’t heard from him since. Nina is shocked; Boris is trying to smooth things over, while Luka is sadistically bullying both of them. Nina is angry with Boris because he didn’t take a more aggressive stance with his brother. Luka decides to stay the night in their home. Later that night, Boris wakes up to hear voices from the other room… He does not know it yet, but his life with Nina is about to change, forever.
