Marina and Tomica are having a perfectly ordinary Sunday evening. She’s baking cakes and he’s watching a TV music show. She complains about the TV being too loud because “the baby’s just fallen asleep”. But he is the one with the remote control – and he has a good reason for turning the volume up.

Neven Dužanec was born in 1974 in Zagreb. In the year 2000 he majored in English and philosophy at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. He works as a translator for TV and film. He is a member of Kinoklub Zagreb since 2001 and he attended several film workshops there. He took part in screenwriting workshop Palunko 1.1 at Zagreb Film Festival 2013. where he won the Best Screenplay Award for his Sunday Night Special.
