A lonely photographer spends the night walking through town looking for subjects for his photographs. By accident he stumbles across a beautiful girl but only manages to catch a fleeting glimpse of her. He tries to find her by going through his old photographs and combs the streets looking for her. After a while he is no longer sure whether she even exists in reality or whether she lives only in his photographs.
