In Balthazarville, every spring an annual picnic in the park took place, where Balthazar would present his new inventions. One year he invented an interesting and most unusual contraption he called the Balthaphone. Soon, everybody was addicted to it, thus putting the way of life in Balthazarville in jeopardy.
