This is the bizarre story of a man called Silly Josef, who is not actually a man. He is an automaton. He moves and speaks, but there is nobody in charge of the controls. What little intelligence he has in his head derives, not from his brain but from the race of Boogers that live in his nose.

Darko Vučenik (1981) graduated in animation and new media from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 2006. He has worked with the animation studios Kenges and In Fine and he currently works at RC Anima. He made over 200 commercials and many visual effects. In addition, he has made two original animated films: Steam Monkey and Keep Going. As an animator, he worked on the animated films Hippo, Medina equip, Date and Sophie. He is also created the visual effects on the films Bloomfield, Rebirth, Zero and Dragon Rage. In addition to his career in animated film, he has also illustrated several children’s books, magazines, crime novels and science fiction projects. He won the SFERA Award in 2004 for his cover of the novel Keepers of Happiness. In 2008, he won the 3D Total Excellence Award for his illustration work on Mister Froggy.
