Nora (10) is preparing to flee when a major flood threatens her village. Her father fills his boat with animals but refuses to let her bring her best friend – Billy the beetle. He believes insects are pests that spread disease and death. Nora therefore decides to save Billy and all the other insects herself, using her own small boat: Nora’s Ark.
