Irena Jukić Pranjić (1973) graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, mentored by Professor Ivica Šiško. She held a series of solo and group exhibitions of prints and paintings in Croatia and internationally. Since 1997, she has been continuously active in the field of comics.
