Due to financial difficulties, Jacob is forced to live with his uncle Ivan, whose presence quickly becomes a perceived threat as he takes over as head of the household. While Jacob pushes to return to the city, his wife wants to extend their stay and recover from the move. Amidst the scenery of the Dinaric Karst, Jacob, consumed by jealousy, fights to regain his authority over Ivan, even at the risk of losing everything.
