In a Hotel is based on a true story. Aleksa (17) and Sanja (17) live in a children’s home and are involved in petty crime and prostitution. One day, in their room, they find Eva (12), a girl who has been sent back to the home. Aleksa does not accept Eva at first, but Sanja is friendly to her. Next day, the girls go to a gas station, where they wait for their clients. Instead of taking Eva to town, as she promised, Sanja will take Eva to a hotel.

Ante Pavlov is a student at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. His student films have been shown at the Academy’s film festival (FRKA) and as a part of the Academy Night programme.
