In 1970, Cuban architect Ricardo Porro made a master plan of a tourist settlement shaped like a human body. The design, which aimed to synthesize architecture, sculpture, painting, and tourism, was further elaborated by international artists and architects, but it was never built. The model of the utopian settlement provides the visual basis for this film. Using an oscilloscope as a tool for image processing, lying somewhere between the analogue and digital worlds, the film introduces a new set of artifacts and looks.
