A town is inhabited by people of varying ages and interests, who are connected in multiple ways. It is one of those places where everybody knows everything about everyone – their lifestyles, jobs, the cars they own, and where they spend their holidays. But when someone needs help, their neighbours tend to look the other way. The story follows a man who, in his own, slightly bizarre way, is trying to make this world a little better.
